Nico

Nico Varano is a finance professional, private equity investor, and operator with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across hospitality, wellness, and franchising.
Coming from the restaurant world as the founder of My Mother’s Cutlets, Nico developed a reputation for excellence in hospitality and operations. His entrepreneurial drive led him to become the top-performing franchisee of SWHTZ, where he successfully scaled the wellness brand to new markets through disciplined execution and hands-on leadership.
With deep roots in finance and private equity, Nico brings both analytical rigor and operational expertise to TwinOaks Ventures. He specializes in identifying growth opportunities, structuring investments, and partnering with founders to accelerate their vision.
